The training of the Franchisee begins at with the pre-contract training course. Three are the training aspects imparted:

       1. training.  Covers everything relating to the national and international processing of registration applications, their maintenance and monitoring.

       2. Technical training. Principally the expertise relating to the rights conferred by the registration of patents, trademarks and designs, in both Spain and abroad.

       3. Sales training.  Designed specifically for the Industrial Property sector, but with the additional inclusion of marketing and other sales techniques.

       Subsequently, the Franchisee will have to participate in diverse specific courses on patents, licences, designs, private international law, etc. for the purposes of extending or refreshing their expertise.
